A little information about our ordering process.

We are based in North West London and all products are dispatched from our own warehouse. All orders are processed via this website however if you experience problems of any form we are here to help, and available during normal working hours on Tel: 020 8961 8686.

Payments are processed safely and securely for us by "WorldPay", a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland or, if you choose, PayPal.

Question: How long does it take to get delivery after an order is placed?

Answer: You should allow between 3 to 5 days for delivery to your UK mainland address. Orders are processed during the normal working week, excluding Bank Holidays. If an order is placed at the weekend you should allow up to 5 days from the first business working day. We are however reliant upon Royal Mail. They endeavour to deliver most Standard Parcels by the third working day after posting, including Saturdays.

Question: Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Answer: Currently via this website we can only process orders for the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland). We are working on automated International sales however in the interim please telephone us during normal business hours on 0044 (0)20 8961 8686 and we will be delighted to discuss your order and make appropriate arrangements.

Question: How do we price delivery?

Answer: For UK deliveries up to 20kg we use the Royal Mail Standard Parcel post at their prevailing price structure plus 10% to allow for packaging. For any order greater than 20kg we mainly use Parcel Force - we will advise you of the preferred carrier at the time of your order. Orders with a value of £100 or more are postage and packing charge free, although keep an eye on our site for any special offers that may apply.

Question: How safe are my personal and credit card details?

Answer: To keep everything as safe and secure as we possibly can we are using one of the leading companies to process payments, WorldPay, a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland and also PayPal, another respected and trustworthy payment system. At no time are your personal details or any other information passed on to any third party.
